[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide jazz on the hill event producer services.
- Identify appropriate artists, with a variety of jazz and blues styles including: high school bands, professional and headlining artists 
- Acquire permission from artists to livestream broadcast and TV audio stream 
- Hire, rent, contract and oversee double staging and sound reinforcement services. Double Stage and sound reinforcement must be fully constructed no later than 1pm on Thursday, May 30, 2024 
- Stagehands, sound engineers and other related technicians and vendors are considered sub-contractors and are fully and directly compensated by the Producer upon submission of approved reimbursable itemized invoices 
- Coordinate green-room management 
- Stage manager to provide for all requirements for stage management including equipment/chair/music stand set-up, risers and turn-over between musical acts according to stage plots 
- Management of all on-site sound reinforcement, staging, lighting or any other performance related technical and artistic issues that arise.
