Vendor needs to provide projection devices services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA.
- Install 100 projection devices with others to be determined later, including epson brightlink 770fi and recordex simplicity touch 75” displays.
- Provide a wiring panel for HDMI and USB connections
- Installation and programming of appletv to district practice
- Provide high-quality HDMI cables
- Use existing power outlets and route cabling unobtrusively
- Removal of existing wall-mounted projection devices to a designated area on each campus and address any minor repairs needed from demo
- Labeling and packaging of remotes and accessories to be left in each classroom per district practice
- Provide teaching staff an overview of the installation and features of the projection devices individually
