(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and advertising partner for statewide awareness campaigns services.
- Provide marketing and communications expertise to develop and produce public awareness campaigns
- Some campaigns, initiatives will promote harm reduction practices and the safe use of substances such as cannabis and alcohol and responsible participation in activities such as sports betting and other forms
of gambling. - Research, develop, produce and implement multi-media public awareness campaigns.
- Coordination and execution of topic-specific focus groups prior to campaign development and prior to campaign launch.
- Development and production of video ads (portrait and landscape) of various lengths for tv broadcast and streaming.
- Development and production of audio ads of various lengths for radio broadcast and streaming
- Creative elements for website and social media ads and geofencing, meeting specific platform specifications (file and image size, safe text zones,
- Social influencer marketing
- Ads in programs or brochures
- Campaigns could be major statewide efforts or smaller-scale initiatives promoting awareness of events, days, observances
- All video creative must include provision for closed captioning.
- Assurance and ability to adhere to timelines and meet all deliverable deadlines.
- The total of all invoices submitted must be within the total allocated budget for the entire contract term
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2023.
