(1) Vendor needs to provide internal connection services wireless internal broadband components support care service to the government authority located in Guam.
- Provide hardware and software support care coverage products for its wireless broadband components.
- The wireless broadband components requiring support care coverage service are the Aruba wireless access points and ClearPass appliances.
- E-Rate subsidies commonly referred to as discount funding in the applicable E-rate funding year.
(2) A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 13, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 22, 2023.
(4) The contract period will be for one year.
