[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical review officer (MRO) services to the government authority located in Mangilao, Guam.
- Controlled substances abuse disorders, including knowledge of alternative medical explanations for laboratory confirmed drug test results.
- Issues relating to adulterated and substituted as well as the possible medical causes of specimens having an invalid result.
- 49 CFR, Part 40; and has
- Successfully completed a qualification exam administered by a nationally recognized MRO certification board.
- The primary responsibilities of the MRO are to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the drug testing process and to review and interpret positive, adulterated, substituted, Invalid, and at discretion, dilute test results obtained through the drug testing program and to identity any evidence of disruption to the testing process.
-  The MRO may be called to testify in court or other grievance proceedings regarding verified positive findings.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2023.
