(1) Vendor needs to provide Legal Services to the government authority located in Kentucky.
- Applicants should have experience in administrative and professional regulatory law and in defending state agency rule making power and regulations.
- Applicants should be familiar with how hearing aid sales and fitting regulations are established and adopted by state boards generally
- Include advising the board on its duties and responsibilities as identified in the state revised statutes and state administrative regulations related to the board, and other, generally applicable laws, such as those pertaining to open records, open meetings, and the state model procurement code.
(2) The contract period will be for two years.
