[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide anonymous tip line software.
- Capable of sending customized in-app (web and mobile) notifications to all school contacts, system admins, and app users.
- Ensures the proposed solution is accessible on any browser enabled desktop and mobile device.
- Allows tips to be made anonymously.
- Allows anonymous tips to be made by phone, mobile app (both Apple and Android operating systems), and web browser.
- Allows tipsters to upload photos, videos, screen shots, and documents.
- Allows live anonymous chat with tipsters.
- Allows forwarding and notification capability (via text and email) when a tipster submits a tip.
- Allows tipsters to submit tips by phone, mobile app, and URL (web browser), with the ability to continuously reach and support the State’s Tip Line call center and headquarters.
- Allows administrative users to send notes and/or notifications to other administrative users within the solution.
- Allows administrative users to set “do not disturb” times for notifications.
- Ability to create pre-determined response selections.
- Capable of sending customized notifications (not generated by a tip) to all schools, school contacts, and administrators.
- Provides custom multi-layered filtering for tips and reports by situation, date, school, status, and outcome.
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365/366 days a year.
- Allows for data and report download in both .pdf and .csv.
- Ensures the proposed solution is accessible on any web-enabled device.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 4, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11, 2022.
