[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.
1. Must be able to provide student tracking direct access to the time and location of each student's arrival through an electronic GPS routing software,
2. Must also be able to provide reporting of pick-up, arrival, no-shows, and cancellations upon request,
3. Must-have commercial grade insurance for all vehicles that are used to operate routes,
4. Contractor must provide consistent driver and vehicle for each route daily. The exception would be driver absences and the use of spare vehicles for out-of-service maintenance on vehicles,
5. Drivers must be trained to transport pregnant students or teen parents with children ages 4 years old and under,
6. Vendor must provide proof of driver's training certification to transport pregnant students or teen parents with children ages 4 years old and under,
7. Must provide a consistent group of drivers and may not contract directly with independent contractor drivers. Also, no on-demand transportation service will be considered.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 27,2022.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 28, 2022.
