[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide potable water and sanitary sewer repair services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA.
- The repair and construction of cast iron pipe, ductile iron pipe, cement mortar lined and coated steel and other pipe materials.
- The repair and construction of vitrified clay pipe, polyvinylchloride, reinforced concrete pipe, and other material sewer.
- The repair and construction of sewer maintenance holes.
- The repair and construction of sewer cleanouts.
- The repair and construction of water services, fire hydrant assemblies, and other appurtenant structures.
- The repair and construction of sewer laterals.
- Dewatering of excavations.
- Bypass pumping.
- Traffic control.
- Site remediation and cleaning.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 27, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
