[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide COVID-19 visitor testing program service to the government authority located in Cedartown, GA.
- COVID-19 testing, it will help visitors to allocate more of their funds for optional tours, accommodations, and other local expenditures
- Program to cover COVID-19 testing costs for travelers and to stay competitive amongst those destinations
- Secure COVID-19 testing services at no cost to the visitor.
- Ensure participating clinics offer convenient and efficient means for visitors to book appointments.
- Ensure visitors complete GVB forms and are collected by the clinic.
- Ensure the clinic delivers test results and other necessary health documentation within 24-48 hours to visitors, depending on the type of test administered
- Clinic should provide convenient means for visitors to book their appointments
- Clinic should have the means to respond to visitors' inquiries
- Clinics should have the means to promote their services to visitors
- Examples include information on clinic websites, information provided in source languages,
signage at clinic, etc.
- Clinic will be responsible for administering respective required COVID-19 testing for travelers to
return to their country of residence
- Testing requirements are subject to change based on global travel entry requirements
- Test results must include required information per country, which is subject to change.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 3, 2022.
