(1) Vendor needs to provide HR career mobility software that transforms talent management planning and strategy from anecdotal information to data-driven decisions that maximize efficient use of resources
- Services include: Project management and delivery services
- Vendor will provide guidance on reaching optimal results for: User adoption of the solution, Transition and change management, System governance and access policies
- Vendor will be responsible for implementation of the solution including: Configuration (branding, workflows, integrations, governance, etc.), Development of acceptance criteria, Solution testing and quality assurance aligned to the acceptance criteria, Production roll-out plan and support, Migration of any necessary data, Training and operational documentation, Verification of user adoption goals
- The solution may enhance the program by providing technology-driven ways for program participants to seek or be matched with one another.
- The solution may enhance this process by providing data, reporting or other features/tools for improving the current understanding of talent pool, evolving roles, and future business outlook.
- seeking to replace the system, rather the solution may enhance processes around performance management or data insights.
- The system will remain a source of truth for employee data. The integration is expected to read only from UltiPro (not write), possibly once a week or more
- The system may pull resume and skill information from employees’ LinkedIn profiles, so internal profiles could be created quickly during the setup process. This should be a user optional choice to connect to social platforms
- The system will remain a source of truth for employee training data. The integration may utilize both push and pull of training data and transcripts depending on the system’s needs
- ensure that the solution, including system subcomponents, provides reliable operation and requires minimal scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- deliver a "data catalog" of any data captured, imported into, exported from, at-rest, or consumed by the solution.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 6, 2021
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2021.
