[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide higher education constituent relationship manager system to provide the tools, automation, website, and student information integration, and other advanced features.
- CRM should address the unique needs of prospective students in all stages of the enrollment lifecycle including the recruitment/enrollment funnel through marketing automation, lead management, automated multi-channel communication flows, predictive analytics and lead scoring, enrollment performance management, and data-driven management tools
- able to handle round-trip or bidirectional data integration, meaning that changes made to appropriate data fields in the College’s other systems should be reflected in the vendor’s system, and vice versa
- able to run autonomously, such as a system scheduled job, and should not require human intervention to operate
- ability to manage incoming information from a variety of sources, including manual entry, web-form entry, and batch importing while maintaining a high level of data integrity and intuitive duplication management; the ability to lock a field
- integration with Microsoft Outlook with ability to reply directly to inquiries from mass-emails without logging into a separate system or portal.
- ability to migrate existing data into CRM to be used for tracking engagement
- data import and export feature including details for scheduled and future use.
- Cloud-based interface that is user-friendly, intuitive
- process tracking students through the enrollment lifecycle, including types of categories, assignment by organization, caseload, territory, etc
- Track prospective students based on academic or career interest by location
- Provide visual dashboards for student interventions, activities, and lifecycle events that are user-friendly, real-time, and customizable
- workflow tasks for admissions staff to organize, track, and management recruitment and admission related tasks throughout the enrollment cycle.
