- Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) competition planning, including identification of research needs, FOA drafting, and preparation of review plans.
- Announcement, merit review and selection of Full Applications for award negotiations
Cost analysis and business evaluation of Full Applications selected for award negotiations
- Agency budget development and execution
- Public affairs, including planning for the annual Summit, website and social media content development and maintenance, and internal communications
- Information technology services, including development and maintenance of the public website, IMPACTS (Data analytics) and help desk support for these systems
- Technology to market analysis and advice, including market research, and competitive and risk analysis
- Assistance to awardees for development and execution of technology to market plans review and paralegal services
