(1) Vendor needs to provide human resource service management and payroll services to the government authority located in Miami, FL.
- An entry portal in which to leave employee only messages, alerts etc.,
- Resume parse to application,
- Open positions posted both internally only and to the web,
- Applicant Tracking software,
- Background Check calendar reminders (Our agency requires a level two screen),
- Live feeds to and from the health care providers for enrollment & un-enrollment of EE’s connected to COBRA provider,
- Manages COBRA compliance,
- Time management with the functionality of cost allocation coding for grants.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March     5,2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
