[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide business engagement only media and public information services including but not limited to the development of an engagement campaign on behalf of the american job centers and workforce development system to engage employers, job-seekers, and other support organizations as they seek to connect more state residents to employment.
- Develop an employer and job-seeker marketing and engagement campaign plan.
- Develop marketing and advertising collateral.
- Conduct hiring events for local employers and jobseekers; if virtual, leveraging the dynamic works platform.
- Conceptualizing, designing and producing advertisements and collateral.
- Marketing and advertising collateral, including but not limited to written materials for print, radio, social media, and other communications channels.
- Engagement and coordination convening events with employers and job-seekers, which may be virtual or inperson.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
