[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial disinfecting services for various facilities located throughout the city to the government authority located in Altamonte Springs, FL.
- Flooring with ceramic tile, composition tile, and concrete is to be swept and damp mopped with City supplied floor cleaner.
- All carpeting, including throw rugs at entrances and exits, are to be vacuumed.
- Any spots, stains, or spills that are present will require spot cleaning.
- Clean, polish, and sanitize all drinking fountains twice a day.
- If the walls behind the fountains become dirty, then they are to be washed or wiped clean.
- Clean and sanitize urinals, toilets, washbasins and sinks.
- Clean walls below hand dryers.
(2) The term of contract will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
