[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management system will be used regularly by a small team (currently 4 people) with the addition of future users as needed,
- must have the ability import legacy data currently stored in the existing system and/or Excel spreadsheets,
- The CRM solution must have the ability to accommodate potential future enhancements and integrate with other services as needed,
- These must be possible without having to restructure and/or redesign the entire solution, modify the base code, or create a legacy system that must be actively maintained, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2021.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
