[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide removal and disposal services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- If the contractor intends on lifting rail vehicles, the contractor shall be required to remove all trucks, or properly secure the truck to the vehicle body before lifting the rail vehicle
- The contractor is responsible for separating the articulated joint, and then lifting each half separately
- The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of asbestos-containing material or by contract with persons knowledgeable, qualified, and certified in the removal, treatment, handling, and disposal of asbestos-containing material, and the subsequent cleaning of the affected environment, who comply with federal and state regulations which mandate work practices, and who are capable of performing the work
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 28, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 9, 2021.
