[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise integration platform as a service that will enable Citizens to integrate disparate systems and data to better serve Citizens stakeholders now and in the future.
- Integration Platform as a Service. The entity providing the IPaaS must provide all software, hardware, hosting, and ongoing support services necessary to support enterprise class integration projects that require high availability, reliable disaster recovery, and high data security.
- Implementation Services. The entity providing the implementation services must guide Citizens through: project preparation; solution design; business process reengineering; integration between software components, including migration or conversion of Citizens’ existing integrations; build and test of the IPaaS; transition into production; and, initial post-production support.
- Technical Support Services. Citizens expects the IPaaS vendor will provide technical support throughout the life of the contract including technical support to assist citizens with post-implementation IPaaS configuration needs, technical support to assist with ongoing third-party integrations, technical telephonic support for all citizens users available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred sixty-five days a year.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on January 21, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
