[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide to replace its current on premise ShoreTel IP phone system with a hosted unified communications system.
- The proposed solution needs to be a hosted, enterprise quality, 99.99% availability, configurable, secure voice/end-to-end encryption, easy to maintain IP-based and converged telephone system. Contractors shall provide options for affordable desk phones and headsets.
- Provide a local presence and personnel in the greater Denver metro area with the necessary training, expertise and access to spare parts to support and troubleshoot any issues with the hosted phone system.
- Provide both online and telephone support 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
- Provide a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years experience performing similar work.
- Provide network assessment with potental bandwidth requirements.
- Ability to meet Network and Security requirments.
- List of all features that come standard with solution
- End user training and administrative training schedule
- Capable of using Handsets(VOIP using POE), softphones, desktop applications and smart devices.
- Handsets capable of providing passing through network connections
- Ability to integrate analog and POTS lines.
- Panic button 911 response ability or suitible alternative
- Common area phones with the ability to set to automatically dial a specific number.
- Services will be provided by a consolodated cloud-based platform (ie. A hosted communication solution)
- Voicemail with ability to send notifications to email and SMS (ability to disable on an admin level)
- Intercom capability and the ability to support 3rd party paging systems
- Call Recording with user and admin level controls.  Recorded audio stored on Contractors cloud.
- Availabiltiy of wireless handsets using wifi connectivity
- Handsets that include a pass-through gigabit Ethernet speed capability
- Option for wired and wireless headsets.
- Same phone number as desk phone is assigned to desktop application and mobile device.
- Single mobile application with similar look and feel to desktop application (supporting voice, messaging and video) supported on Android and IOS
- Browser application with the the same capabilities as the desktop and mobile applications.
- Ability to send and receive text/SMS from assigned extension with administrative control.
- Video conferencing with the ability to see video from handsets, softphones or mobile devices
- Find me/Follow me/Forward
- Inbound/Outbound call history availble to each user
- Ability to separate user by business unit for cost allocation
- TTS (text-to-speech) and ASR (automated speech recognition)
- Integration with Microsoft Teams
- Transcribed voicemail with the ability to send the transcription to email or sms.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
