[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide senior center branding study.
- The strategic plan recommended considering a name change and to incorporate branding efforts that better aligned with the programs and services offered
- Develop a list of potential name changes or keeping the name based on feedback from various stakeholder groups (staff, user and eligible non-user groups, etc.) and measured the change in perception and likelihood of participation of the center based on the name change
- The study will also examine other branding options (creation of a tagline, logo, color scheme etc.) and measured changes in perception
- Based on the study results, a branding campaign will be in place that supports the findings of a name change and or other branding options
- Establish a process to identify potential name changes and other branding initiatives.
- Measure the change in likelihood of participation and perception among eligible non-users as a result of changing the centers name or other branding initiatives
- Identify and make recommendations based on what changes would result in the highest increase in participation in the targeted group (ages 50-65)
- Develop a creative brief and positioning statement based on the selected changes.
- Establish a branding campaign based on the creative brief and positioning statement
- Examine other branding options (creation of a tagline, logo etc.) and measured the change in perception and likelihood of participation of the center based on proposed branding options
- Development of a creative brief and positioning statement based on the preferred branding option
- Select marketing designer based on creative brief. develop branding material based on positioning statement and creative brief.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2020.
