Vendor needs to provide hosted voice over IP (VOIP) phone system that will allow the city to become more efficient, cost effective and provide the ability to quickly implement and manage our phones, voicemail and long-distance services across the entire city.

- Be easy to use and maintain.
- Desktop phones (Polycom or Cisco SPA).
- 4-digit extension and 10-digit call dialling.
- Supports up to 500 extensions (or Users).
- Call Groups and Paging Groups
- Department Call Queue.
- Call Recording (On-Demand and Always-on)
- Meet secure industry standards.
- Be cost Effective (Per Seat/user).
- Include local and long-distance services.
- Extension and/or direct dial per user.
- Mobile phone application for calling (Apple IOS and Android Compatible).
- Web application dialling.
- All Standard calling features.
- Receptionist Console.
- Analog to VOIP Conversion.
- Call tracking and logging.
- Recorded Auto-Attendant per department.
- Call analytics.
- Paperless Fax — Toll Free and Local.
- Department Conference Bridge (minimum 50 attendees).
- Mobile Phone Application: - mobile phone application that is usable with every extension. The phone application must run on all smart phones such as IOS and Androids reliably. Call should ring simultaneously on the mobile phone app and desk phones. The phone application should have the ability to mute or disable the mobile device calls with ease. Users should be able to deploy the application from a mobile application store and login with their existing email address and password. Password resets should be seamless.

- The City of Lawton currently uses a block of sixty (350) DID phone numbers a complete listing will be provided to the awarded vendor.
- The City of Lawton requires that each seat/license has a direct dial number associated when required.
- The City of Lawton requires the use of E-911 Locator and E-911 direct dialling.
