[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide Information Technology Support Services including network administration by conducting periodic on-site visits, network administration via remote
connection to ensure all servers and user computers and related devices are properly installed, manage file backups, replicate and host backups, install current service packs, Operating
System Upgrades, spam and virus monitoring and filtering, hardware and software protection, Imaging and installing AMBAG profile and setup on new or replacement equipment, delivering
and pick up new equipment and installing equipment, Consultants shall also be available by
telephone to resolve user IT problems and provide immediate on-site service within same day to ensure functionality, when required by AMBAG. AMBAG also seeks advice on technical aspects to improve and update the IT network system to meet current and future IT needs.
 - Designated Account Manager and Dedicated Technical Support Team
- Scheduled and Agreed Periodic on-site visits
- Remote Connected Maintenance Checks
- Network Setup, Maintenance and Security
- Virus & Spyware Installation and Management
- Network, Work Station, and Laptop Troubleshooting to Resolve Issues
- System Administration Including Daily Data Backup
- User Account Management (New, Existing and Former Staff)
- Establish New User Accounts/Profiles, Email, and Computer Configurations
- IT Hardware and Software Asset Management
- E-Mail Account Maintenance and Managed Spam Control
- Providing Spam Report Logs and Releasing Held Mail Quarantined as Spam
- New Installations, Imaging, Profile Setups on Newly Purchased, Existing, and Replacement Equipment
- Provide Annual Assessment of the Current Status of the IT system and Review with AMBAG
- Provide Recommendation of IT Equipment and Associated Cost Estimates as Requested
- Provide Input for Long Range Capital Asset Budgeting
- Make Recommendations for Hardware and Software Replacement to the government authority located in Monterey, CA.
(2) An optional Pre-Proposal On-Site Visit will be held on March 28, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 4, 2019.
(4) The contract term will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
